If someone says you are too thin-skinned

You seem to be confused about numbers. The number of democrats voting in the open republican primaries is very small compared to the number of republicans voting in open republican primaries. And, of course, Trump also won closed primaries.

The fact that a few democrats voted for Trump doesn't mean that his nomination is due to Democrats. The fact that the few white supremacists that exist voted for Trump doesn't mean that his nomination is due to white supremacists. His nomination is due to large numbers of republican voters voting for him..

10s of thousands of Democrats switched parties to vote for Trump in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and many other states. You disgruntled them, you'll never regruntle them.

CBS News

Trump got 892,000 votes in PA, Cruz got 340,000. Even if 60,000 democrats voted for Trump, that's not why he won.

60,000 > 0.

Tell me more about this numbers thing.

60,000 > 0.

Tell me more about this numbers thing.

You are all over the map today. Yes, 60,000 is more than 0. You got one right.

Now, explain to me how that matters, and why you even care - aren't you a libertarian? You sound a lot like a Trump supporter for some reason.
"The union members love Trump!" "The Latinos love Trump!" "The women love Trump!" "Jesse Jackson and Don King love Trump!" etc.

You are probably right. But then, how are republicans going to ever gruntle Latinos and women?

Your kind got to run things. It's so bad now that Trump is appealing to Democrats even.

Why ask me? That I don't care about.

How about this then:

Apparently your Johnson is a stiff.

He says he takes more votes from Hiliar than from Trump.

We're not expecting to win, but we are expecting to have our best showing ever. Progress of the good kind.

Unlikely, but we'll see.

Doesn't seem like the good kind of progress. It will only be your best showing ever because people want to vote 'none of the above', not because people like your guy.

People who grab onto your Johnson because they hate Hillary and/or Trump will easily be regruntled back to the major parties in the next cycle.

"One of the above" is running on an Obama 3rd term platform and many democrats looked for anything else.

Gallup’s data show that the share who rank government as their top concern climbed from 7% when Obama was sworn in to 16% in 2015.

In another sign of growing public disatisfaction, our IBD/TIPP poll finds that 61% of Americans say they’d prefer a smaller government and fewer services to a bigger government with more services. Among independents, 68% feel that way. Only Democrats who want more government.

And according to another Gallup tracking survey , just 38% say they trust the government to handle domestic problems. That’s down from 51% when Obama took office. Only 45% now trust the government to handle foreign policy problems, down from 62% in Obama’s first year.

Trust in state governments, in contrast, is higher than it was in 2009.

Pew Research Center surveys find trust in government has hit record lows under Obama, while 62% say they are frustrated with the federal government. (Trust in government actually rose under Reagan, and under Bill “The Era Of Big Government Is Over” Clinton.)

It just shows how out of touch you are and how ridiculously tired the narrative you keep trying to push is. It ain't just Obama people are tired of. It's the finger pointing, do nothing congress. Both parties are a fucking disaster.

"One of the above" is running on an Obama 3rd term platform and many democrats looked for anything else.

She is, because Obama's approval rating is above 50%. One wouldn't know it from your posts, but the majority of Americans think the president is doing a good job. Congress... not so much.

how is data from 2010 (at best) something you can pin on Obama?

Obama started ruining america as soon as he first arrived from kenya. I blame baby obama.

It's government. The people want Libertarians, they'll come to realize it eventually. Sooner than later.

But whatever Obama did (along with Pelosi and Reid), did not change opinion, only for the worse.

Government.

Here's Obama's contribution:

All time low, since 1958.

Note it actually went up during the Reagan years.

His approval rating has been below 50% for almost all his presidency. The less he's on TV and saying things, the more people like him. This was true of Bill Clinton, too.

All time low, since 1958.

Note it actually went up during the Reagan years.

And note that it actually went down more under Bush 2.

And note that there are a lot of reasons for why this happens. The advent of conservative talk radio, 24 hour news channels, the internet/social media etc.

It appears being thin skinned is not confined to the candidate.

Really, the campaign ads write themselves.
Hillary "His very thin skin"
Donald "I am not thin skinned! I am not thin skinned!"
Hillary "His very thin skin"
Donald "She's a liar! She's a liar! She's a liar! She's a liar!"
Hillary "His very thin skin"
Donald "Throw her in jail!!!!"

Honestly, this is starting to get fun. Spent yesterday walking precincts (ran into a lot of Spanish speaking residents, my Spanish is just good enough to hand Spanish brochure and explain "Estamos voluntarios por Clinton para Presidente, vota martes, gracias Senor/Senora" The man I was partnered with couldn't even pronounce the names so I got all the Hispanic voters despite my primitive Spanish!)

Well, that's kind of the point.

Doesn't matter if you put Democrats or Republicans in there, they both make people not like government.

We shouldn't like government anyway.
