Out of these choices:

1.) right to due process

2.) right to assembly

3.) right to free speech

But the other two would be taken away from you, which one would you choose?

My vote is free speech. I think that right is what makes this country free. The other two are very important, but I really think having the ability to be heard is the most valuable out of the 3

Might as well fight right there rather than vote.

Due process. It means you can't be busted except for established reasons, and it must be handled in a certain order.

Bush took it away when he got rid of habeas corpus for many people. Bush Jr. was elected to reverse Bush's evils, but just legalized them.

Have to say that I am with MarAzul on this..but for the sake of argument..Hmm, Due process is already compromised, so too late there. Assembly is what we did as a youth, before social media took over..so unless you want to youtube a flash mob, you would never get these kids to take part in anything serious, so even though we still enjoy this right, it is wasted on the young..

I guess that leaves free speech

what good is free speech, if they can arrest and detain you forever for no reason? so you can scream "i told you so!" on the way to GTMO?

since this is already the case, we are already fucked
