I wonder what the # of "legal" Americans who are released and then commit a crime is, compared to the # of "illegal" Americans who are released and then commit a crime.

Georgia man’s dismembered body found at neighbor’s home after trail of blood leads cops to remains: police

Dismembered body found in neighbor’s backyard
A missing man was found dismembered in his neighbor’s backyard. A trail of blood led police to the horrifying discovery.

A missing Georgia man’s dismembered body was discovered Thursday after cops followed a trail of blood at a neighbor’s house that led them to the grisly discovery in the backyard, police said.

Robert Page was found dead at his neighbor’s home in Morrow just after 11 p.m. Thursday, Clayton County police told FOX5 Atlanta. Page’s wife reported her husband missing just hours before his remains were discovered where Christian Ponce-Martinez, 25, had been living for three months since moving from Mexico to the Georgia town.

Authorities searched the home after Ponce-Martinez was captured on surveillance video outside Page’s home earlier that day.

"Officers went to the back of the residence, and located the offender, hiding under a couch, acting very nervous and suspicious," Maj. Craig Hammer said in a news conference. "Officers then noticed a trail of blood, in the backyard. They followed the trail, which led them to the victim, Mr. Page's dismembered remains."

The body parts were found in a cooler and under two tarps in the backyard.

Ponce-Martinez was arrested and charged with malice murder. An obstruction charge was also added Friday after the alleged killer was uncooperative and combative with police, WSB-TV reported.

Police said Page and Ponce-Martinez didn’t know each other prior to the incident. Ponce-Martinez moved to the Georgia town from Mexico three months ago and was renting a room at the house. It’s unclear if he was in the United States legally.

The motive for the murder is unclear.

Nancy Jones, a friend, told FOX5 the 70-year-old was “dearly loved.”

Page’s grandson Bobby Austin also told WSB-TV that his grandfather’s personality was “priceless.”

“Even if you weren’t related to him, if he saw that you were a younger nice person, he would say, 'You’re my grandson or granddaughter' or, 'You’re my son or daughter,' something like that. He was a very [embracing] person…and to go in such a tragic way, it just hit us all really hard at the moment,” Austin said.

llegal immigrant killed 3 after 'sanctuary' release from custody, ICE says
By Louis Casiano | Fox News
Luis Rodrigo Perez, 23, a Mexican national, is accused of killing three people in Missouri, authorities say. (Associated Press)

An illegal immigrant accused of a triple murder in Missouri was previously jailed and released in New Jersey on domestic violence charges, authorities said, putting the spotlight on the conflict between local and immigration authorities nationwide.

Luis Rodrigo Perez, 23, a native of Mexico, is charged with fatally shooting two men and wounding two others on Nov. 1 and fatally shooting a woman the next day.

He was being held on domestic violence charges at the Middlesex County Jail in New Jersey in December 2017 and was released in February, NJ.com reported.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials said they placed a detainer on Perez while he was in custody, but the request was not honored nor was the agency notified when he was let go, said Corey Price, acting executive director of ICE.

“Yet again, an ICE detainer was ignored and a dangerous criminal alien was released to the streets and is now charged with killing three people,” Price said. “Had ICE’s detainer request in December 2017 been honored by Middlesex County Jail, Luis Rodrigo Perez would have been placed in deportation proceedings and likely sent home to his country – and three innocent people might be alive today.

"It is past time that localities realize the perils of dangerous sanctuary policies and resume their primary goal of protecting their residents."

— Corey Price, acting executive director, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

Missouri law enforcement officials believe Perez and Aaron Anderson, 19, killed their ex-roommates Steven Marler, 38, and Aaron Hampton, 23, after they were kicked out of their Springfield home.

Perez is also accused of killing a 21-year-old Sabrina Starr the next day at her house. He is charged with eight felony counts in the shootings.

Anderson told investigators he was waiting with Starr in an SUV outside Hampton and Marler’s home when Perez shot them, adding that he could hear the victims begging for their lives while on the phone with Perez.

He was charged as an accomplice to first-degree murder and three other felonies.

Perez’s girlfriend, Dalia Garcia, 23, is charged with tampering with evidence after she allegedly rode a bus from New Jersey to help burn evidence.
President Trump has consistently bashed municipalities that refuse to cooperate with immigration authorities. The U.S. Border Patrol officials said Friday that its agents detained more than 50,000 people crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in October.

The news came on the same day Trump issued an executive order declaring that anyone entering the U.S. illegally from Mexico outside of established ports would be ineligible for asylum.

My God, are you trying to tell me that three out of 11 Million undocumented aliens did something bad? I'll bet this never happens among U.S. citizens.

This guy was from Mexico? Well then, he must be undocumented (aka illegal as in he never should have been born). This never happens among our citizens, pretty much only among the unwashed, disease and vermin infested illegals.

(Wryly) LOL.

Try tens of thousands, and it happens every day somewhere in America.

The Dems shielding these murderous animals need to imprisoned right along with them.

So you're saying all US citizens who commit crimes should also be shielded from prosecution?

That's really the only way your post makes any sense.

Your posts are so goddamn ridiculous. Thanks for the chuckle.

Has there been a mass shooting, on US soil, done by an "Illegal" American?

I must have erred. I presumed that you were warning us of the evil that comes with allowing aliens into our country from South of the border. I mistakenly thought this because all of your examples were of people with Latin last names. Little did I know that you were simply pointing out some evil characters randomly whom all turned out by coincidence to have Latin last names. My apologies.

I'm a real American as are most if not all in this forum. Apparently you like to divide people like trump does. Why is that?

Nothing whatsoever divisive about the video of proud Real American Immigrants speaking truth about those who would cheat them out of their hard-earned citizenship by pushing millions of criminals ahead of them in line.

You may be a native American, or a naturalized American citizen, but Real Americans support and defend our Constitution and our laws.

You and anyone else who supports the push to subvert our Constitution and our laws enacted by Congress, and that sanctuary of criminals from prosecution/deportation, are definitely not Real Americans.

Are you saying that undocumented aliens, or as you call them, illegal aliens, murder and dismember their victims by the tens of thousands and it happens every day somewhere in America?
Tens of thousands sounds like you're including spitting on the sidewalk, throwing your cigarette out the window and jaywalking. Terrible crimes, yes, but hardened criminals?

You're not a Real American!!! No, YOU'RE not a Real American!!!

If you don't support our 240 year old laws written by slave-owners, you're not a Real 'Merican!

But don't control guns! Because of 240 year old laws!

This post displays the total and complete ignorance of The Second Amendment perpetuated by this pathetic and long-disproven Dem misinformation tactic.

I was hoping you'd say this.. It mirrors the pathetic arguments made by a majority of the right... Either they're uneducated, or their stance is truly that weak. You pick.

Here's a little known fact about our Right to Bear Arms. I read a biography of Alexander Hamilton. He grew up in the West Indies. They had a law that said all white men must maintain a firearm and practice as a militia, I believe it was every month, just in case the slaves revolted. Slaves outnumbered Whites and weren't too happy about being slaves. I believe they had this law throughout the South Eastern United States.

We no longer have militias unless you want to count the White Nationalist militias. So, I see the Supreme Court as having erred on this issue. Don't get me wrong, it's the Supreme Court and unlike Gingrich and Trump I believe we all have to honor their rulings no matter our personal opinions.

Maris is right. It's only been 227 years since the 2nd amendment was adopted.

And it has effectively prevented a military overthrow of our country, as it was designed solely to do, for just as long.

Another fake talking point having no relation to The Second Amendment.

Besides Hamilton moving to America at the age of 15, he had no part in writing The Second Amendment.

James Madison (heavily influenced by George Mason and other founder fathers) wrote twelve amendments to the US Constitution that were sent to the governments of each State for ratification on September 25, 1789. Those twelve proposed amendments included what would later become the 2nd Amendment.
