It's the new "I have black friends", which in this case is a double whammy because he's black AND gay. Tho I suspect he "isn't black" for the same made up reasons he's "not gay" (which are all the talking points of anti-gay groups anyways)

At any rate, it's really pretty intersting to me that Christian had posted this on Twitter:

I don't think human psyche classes would somehow clear that all up. I think Christian is his own man, despite any challenges he "may" have had during his upbringing. Somehow blaming Herschel seems like a clear cop-out to me.

Seems like an attempt to accept his ontology while still separating it from behavior. Like he's saying, "yes, I'm physically attracted to men, and there's nothing I can do to change that, but I don't act on that physical attraction, so I'm not actually 'gay' because I don't engage in homosexual activity."

And he has every right to do that. But he's still gay. And he's spreading dangerous misinformation.

That's a very safe way of defining "closeted" in my view. I do not judge any person for abstinence or sexual confusion. Hope he sorts it out.

Christian Walker is effectively being discarded in here because he is a conservative and highly supports conservative values. Flat out.

That said, according to some of what I've already read in here, there's no way a Black or gay....or BOTH can "honestly" be a Republican - let alone, support Donald Trump. Of course, when I come out that I'm supporting this kid, and the issues he's bringing about, I'm thrown in that same heap of rubbish. It really is pretty telling. Funny, actually.

Generally speaking, it's been trotted out in these parts that Black Republicans (Candace Walker, Larry Elder, Rick Scott, et al) are simply grifters/shills for Trump and betrayers of their race, and the Democractic party as a whole.. I'll throw Christian Walker into that same mix (rubble) of association.

In reading the summary of this video it is nothing that has been discussed in this thread or about Christian Walker.

Christian Walker sits down with Christine Yeargin to discuss what he thinks about abortion, men getting pregnant, and why it’s ok to be obnoxiously pro-life.
