Maybe we should stop kids from watching cartoons as well. What might they start to think and believe?!?!
 
I view drag shows in the same way I view strip clubs. No problem for adults, keep the kids out.
 
In strip clubs people take their clothes off. In drag shows they keep their clothes on. How are they similar?

Why don't you just fucking admit you are a transphobe and homophobe and don't want children or teens exposed to anything that isn't part of your world view?
 
Scantily clad can still be very much sexual in nature. Kids don't need to be around any of that.
 
Please pick an outrage and stick with it. This moving the goalposts only makes you sound like you aren't really sure what you're mad at, other than them being "different".
 
And I'm assuming we should stop kids from attending sporting events because of the sexualized dancing of the cheerleaders?
Like crandc said, just say you're transphobic and be out with it. Don't need to stay in the closet.

You said "scantily clad" dress, and then changed it to strippers and a drag show.

scantily clad does not mean strippers or drag show. your inconsistency was on display.
 
It is abundantly obvious ABM is commenting about something he knows nothing about. Drag shows, certainly family friendly ones, are NOT scantily clad, quite the opposite! Kids love the elaborate costumes, wigs, glitter, gauzy wings, etc. It's fun. They get books read to them.

I see more scantily clad people in the local park in summer.

Learning to love books and accept people who are different. No wonder DeSantis wants to ban them.

Same could apply to comedy. There's "family-friendly" comedy and then there's "adult" comedy. The whole discussion here revolves around the same type of definitions. It ain't rocket science, folks.

Yes, I saw the article. Legs being spread! Just like every cheerleader does. You can just say it's because the performer has a penis and you think it's icky. It's ok.
