I'm Part Of A Class Action Suit Against CitiMortgage (Unlawful/Unethical Foreclosure)

I owned a home in GA that was under short-sale and CitiMortgage went and foreclosed on me anyway. Thought I was out in the cold on that one (as, ultimately, it became an investment property.)

Until now.

As part of the National Mortgage Settlement, The Attorney General's Office of Georgia is currently engaged in class action lawsuits against CitiMortgage, Ally/GMAC, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo.

I could received no less than $840 and most likely more. I just mailed the claim form today. We shall see...............
