Seriously, our Blazers may have lost the game, but they set the bar high this season. As a loyal Blazer fan for well over 30 years, I must say this team made me proud. They came into the season with a roster overhaul and were determined to show they don't give up.

We are in the 2nd round against the best team and took them the distance in game 4. I expect our boys to come out just as determined even though they are down 3 games to 1. That's the great thing about this team. They don't give up. Go Blazers!

I think of the remaining teams I'd root for Raptors first (they never won anything), then Miami. Dislike the Cavs mostly because LeBron gets on my nerves. In the west I think I dislike SA least. I really don't dislike them. I have nothing against OKC except they took the team out of Seattle and their winning would make it more likely Durant would stay. Try living in Oakland - I don't want the Warriors to repeat! Sick to death of these bandwagoners who a year and a half ago could maybe name one player on the team and now are all putting 4 Warriors flags on their gas guzzlers.

Don't count us out yet. We need to think just the next game, try to finish with 2 wins instead of 1, then if we somehow take this game we're back home for game 6. It's unlikely and I don't know how many times happened but I do remember this one series that brought us all the way to the final quarter of game 7. We're down but we're not out, if we win the next one on the road we can at least believe we have a chance

We have had opportunities to win 3 of the 4 games. This team is not built to win a playoff series, let alone a second round match up with the champs. The team is fighting hard and not playing scared. I am very proud of them, and for the first time in a long time, I am excited for the future.

We are right where golden state was 3 years ago. Every young up and coming team needs to take their lumps and gain experience from them. That is exactly what we are doing now. The thing is, we have the smallest payroll, one of the best front offices, a proven leader and a coach who gives players the chance toflourish within his offense. This post season has show cased all of these things and our rebuild that has started at the beginning of this season has been accelerated by 2-3 years. Dame has proven that you get marketing deals and expand on other avenues outside of basketball within a small market. We are the team who has positioned ourselves to become elite and stay there for a long period. Fuck the doubters, let's show the league we are here to stay, because we are.

Careful, though...not every team that takes their lumps young ends up doing the right thing...

It's funny, I think there was a poll on here right before or right after Game 1 and most people (myself included) said that they objectively thought the Blazers would win 1 game in this series. They have done that and been in contention for 2 of the other 3 games. Blazers are outperforming even our own expectations. No reason to bash.
