At this point its about who is gonna be first, Willis in GA or Jack Smith, but this summer there will be a mountain of charges regardless. it's really close to wrapping up. (over 2 years on both, which was to be expected)

Federal prosecutors have obtained an audio recording of a summer 2021 meeting in which former President Donald Trump acknowledges he held onto a classified Pentagon document about a potential attack on Iran, multiple sources told CNN, undercutting his argument that he declassified everything.

The recording indicates Trump understood he retained classified material after leaving the White House, according to multiple sources familiar with the investigation. On the recording, Trump’s comments suggest he would like to share the information but he’s aware of limitations on his ability post-presidency to declassify records, two of the sources said.



Sources describe the recording as an “important” piece of evidence in a possible case against Trump, who has repeatedly asserted he could retain presidential records and “automatically” declassify documents.

Prosecutors have asked witnesses about the recording and the document before a federal grand jury. The episode has generated enough interest for investigators to have questioned Gen. Mark Milley, one of the highest-ranking Trump-era national security officials, about the incident.

According to the watchdogs there are claims that Mark Meadows has pled guilty to lesser charges and has gotten immunity for his flipping on Trump! It's happening folks! Meadows is the key to this conviction.

We'll see. I'm hopeful, but it's not for sure yet!
A source who was briefed on the agreement claimed that the alleged agreement will involve the ex-chief of staff entering pleas of guilty to unspecified federal crimes but an attorney for Mr Meadows, George Terwilliger, denied that to The Independent. Mr Terwilliger said that the idea that his client would enter any guilty pleas was “complete bulls***” but did not address the matter of immunity in a brief telephone conversation with this reporter.

And the amazing thing is, all he had to do was give the documents back and he wouldn't have been indicted. The Archives negotiated with him for a year until they finally had to raid his house.
