You can't steal classified documents. If he had just "forgotten" he had them and returned them when asked that would be one thing. But he tried to keep them and tried to hide them. It appears was trying to steal them.

And he's going to trial for it. If he had given them back when asked there wouldn't be any charges.

It's funny how Trump will accidentally admit he did something wrong in the same breath as he's saying he did nothing wrong.

"I didn't take anything I wasn't supposed to have, and even if I did, I'm allowed to so that's why I did it"

If there is any irrefutable evidence that they broke the law, prosecute them. As of now I don't see it. I do see irrefutable evidence Trump broke many laws. He should therefore be prosecuted.

Republicans want to cry foul and claim Trump's prosecution is biased because Biden and Hillary aren't locked up. Hillary was investigated. She went before the house for several days straight. Nothing came of it. Republicans keep saying Biden's laptop is a smoking gun. The most it shows is naked pictures of him smoking crack. Not a great smoking gun. I have heard there are allegedly emails showing some corrupt shit between Joe and Hunter, but nothing's come of that. The Republicans have had the laptop contents in their possession. It's up to them to do something with it. Instead they whine and flail that life isn't fair. Tells me they must not have much.
 
Multiple congressman are advocating and calling for violence, and it looks like trump just did too

As much as I would like to see this happen peacefully, that likelihood seems to be a non-starter for the MAGA types. Hopefully they fuck around and find out, and the people of their ilk become absolute societal pariahs.
