Portland trades: Crawford, they receive McBob and Ridnour.

Lakers trade: Fisher and McBob. They receive: Beasly.

Minny trades: Ridnour and Beasly. They receive Crawford and Fisher.

Then Trade #2
3-team with Lakers, Orlando and Portland

Portland trades: LMA, Camby and Wallace. They receive: Gasol and Bynum.

Lakers trades: Their first rounder, Gasol and Bynum. They receive: Howard, Camby and Wallace.

Orlando trades: Howard. They receive: Aldridge and Laker's first rounder.

And then finally:

Nash for Batum, Felton and E Will

Portland's new starting line-up:

PG: Nash, SG: Matthews, SF: Babbit, PF: Gasol, Center: Bynum

Key reserves: PG: Ridnour, Rino, Thomas, Pryzbilla, Nolan Smith and McBob.

This season: meh, but then we have a lot of cap room and two great bigs. Also, Nash is expiring, so if Howard goes to Lakers, then Deron will bolt in Jersey. Maybe we use that cap room to get Williams?

Crawford for Blake is a talent downgrade. I know we need a PG, but come on. At his best, Blake was slightly below average playing next to a healthy Brandon Roy. He peaked the same year Roy peaked - for good reason. Since then, he's been pretty much the definition of a single digit PER player.

I 100% agree with you, but if all the other things fell into place, it would be pretty awesome, IMO.
