What does everyone think of Al Jefferson? He is a FA next year, he is 27 with a 23 PER.

I know Utah loves Favors and Millsap.Millsap will be a FA next year as well.

he actually had his best year last year imo, and just like zbo could be turning the corner, but blocks arent necessarily an effect of good defense

I wouldn't say he is a good defender at all, but you guys act like he plays absolutely no D. He is a much better defender than Z-Bo. (Who averages .1 blocks per game). I know isn't Hibbert or Chandler defensively, but he is really polished offensively, is more willing of a passer (seemingly) and plays average defense and rebounds well.

If you ever listen to their games the announcers are like most....Homers.
But they are also quick to point out missed assignments. Al's name comes up a lot.

I am sure if you played Thabeet 30 minutes a game he would average 2 BPG too, and I would not consider him a good defender.
