Just had my boy jailbreak my iPhone 4! I did it so I could use MyWi, facetime over 3G and basically have a custom look and sounds. Wondering if anybody here has done this and what they think.

I want to jailbreak an Iphone 3GS for international use. Can I still use the Apple Store for applications? Need Skype primarily.

i want to be able to pop in a foreign sim card, mainly for data...email, photos, skype, etc I know I can use the wifi but I want to be reachable too I guess if need be. I don't have AT*T I just came across an iphone.

I have seen some pretty cool custom looks of the home page and lock page. As many around here can attest, I'm not the best with the "technology" side of things. Wondering what the easiest and best way and HOW to customize all the icons and choose custom sounds for all of my alerts (email,text, etc.)

Seriously, I heard that the first time you tried to sync it or charge it from your computer Apple would blow it up.

if you have the latest or close to the latest os version im not sure a solid jb has been established yet. the last ones i saw required tethering to pc etc to start the device, not ideal.

older os versions are probably the best if you want to roll it back to that then break.

there are literally THOUSANDS of sites on the net that break all this down though, google is your friend.
