Huh?
Lee had 11 rebounds in 27 minutes.
Whoops. Read that one wrong! Anyhow, Aldridge had a per/48 rebound rate of ~13 last night. I view this as a positive.

I liked Armon Johnsons per/48 rebound rate better.
As for David Lee, the guys blinks and gets a triple double. No sweat of his back. Give me Lee as our starter, anyday, everyday.
Has Lee even played in a playoff game? He seems like a stat monster who plays on bad teams. 5 years, no playoffs, not a good sign, is it?

How can you blame Lee, what kind of talent did he have around him in NYK? Put LMA on that Knicks team and people would be saying the same thing, except minus a few rebounds.
Lee gave up 25/7 to "LaMarshmello" Aldridge last night. That's not great for an All-Star PF.
Did you watch the game?
Lee has a better DRtg than LMA, despite playing on worse defensive teams throughout his career. Thats really all I need to know about the two. People can knock on his defense all you want, he's still a better defender than Aldridge. Thats a fact folks.
They both have a career Drtg of 108. Aldridge was 107 last year, and Lee was 108. Additionally, Aldridge averages more DWSs/season than Lee.
Those are facts!

10.3 DWS's vs. 10.4 isn't a difference.

It's a difference when Lee has 5 years in the NBA, and LA has 4 years. That's cumulative number.![]()
Okay, to tell you the truth I don't know jack shit about that stat. But lets ignore all other stats and lets focus on Defensive Win Shares.
But, if thats the only stat that supports your case, cool!
I showed that LA had a better dRtg last season, and that he averages more defensive win shares than Lee. You posted earlier that it is a "fact" that Lee had a better dRtg than Aldridge (false), so that meant that Lee was a better defender.
Do you have a single stat to support your case?
