How does he not trust his teammates? I mean these guys don't make their shots. Aminu,Harkless, Crabbe is inconsistent. I guess I just don't know what he could possibly do or what you want him to do. I feel he makes CJ better and CJ makes him better. I feel he made Plumlee better finding him as the roll man. The other guys just can't make shots. So that's what I see
