Is it just me or less NBA basketball being televised this year from previous years?

Has the NBA really turned off that many people? I just remember a lot more NBA on ESPN, TNT and even TBS in previous years. Maybe it will pick up as the season goes on. I don't think I have watch so much NBA TV in my life.

When the NBA made the switch to ABC/ESPN, the # of games on TV dropped significantly.

I don't know where the original poster grew up, but that's A LOT of hoops on TV.

it's just you. this is normal for early December. Xmas onward number of games will increase, including sometimes 3 on Sunday.

I agree, The NBA can be predictable. Especially when it comes to the playoffs.

Also they've made everything smaller. The court, the players, refs, ball. They've shrunk everything by 15-20%.

Living in the northeast I can tell u it's a patriot love fest. It's beyond horrible. Not to mention the Red Sox coverage.

Prob is the nba is kinda boring. Same teams always good. Spurs, lakers, heat, bulls and OKC. Nba should be rooting for blazers as it's new blood and great story not to mention they are exciting and fun.
