So: we got Hedo. I'm pleased. But Hedo has a fairly unique skillset, and only started to look like a star when he was given a unique role. Credit Stan Van Gundy there, where Gregg Poppovich did not use him to the same advantage. Now: will Nate be happy playing such an unusual style? Is he ready to be a little bit crazy? I dunno. He wasn't really with either Spaniard. If he still isn't, then Hedo is just a big slow SF with poor defense but a good outside shot. And if that happens, would Pritchard lose patience with Nate?

Since Nate wanted Hedo really bad, it would be very foolish for Nate to then squander the opportunity.

Here's to hoping Nate can make it work.

Also, I am very much looking forward to seeing a pass go into the post when either LA or Oden get position. I don't have an exact count of the number of times I saw that get missed in transition, but it felt like a ton.

Yes, it's the best of both worlds

We upgraded the team, and put Nate on the hot seat. Mwahahahaha.

Truly a glorious day in Blazerville. We either become a much better team....which we should, or Nate get's fired and we get a coach that is better suited to take us from this point on.

He's on the hot seat for angry/negative internet fans. That's it...

Yet another positive post.

I was told yesterday that the Lakers were a lock to win the championship for the next 3 years. So does it really make any difference who our coach is?

Seriously though.......every coach every year is on the hot seat. Not that they always should be, but they always are.

Shouldn't he have a bad season first~!

Nate is not on the heat seat.. please. Unless the team totally tanks it next season and gets out to real slow start. Nate is fine.
