Alabama basketball forward charged with capital murder. I can't find anything saying for sure it's his son.

Darius Miles (Blazers) is 41 years old. Darius Miles (Alabama) is 21 years old. It's possible they are father/son, but does anyone remember Blazer Darius having a newborn when he came to Portland?

I agree...I also can't find anything indicating that they are related in any way which would suggest to me that they aren't.

His parents were listed on his Alabama team profile but they have since deleted it.

I wonder if the parents actually named him after NBA Darius Miles? He was in some TV shows and a movie back in 2002. Maybe the parents saw him and liked the name? That didn't seem to age well....
