Is there a date for opt outs?

There are a lot of players with opt outs and I'm curious when we will have a clear picture of who all the free agents will be.

Most if not all of them are June 30 opt out, so they can be part of the free agent negotiating period, which begins at 12:01 a.m. July 1.
