I don't mean that metaphorically. I mean that literally. Some people (many!) have pointed out that if you look at transcripts from interviews of him like ten years ago, it's night and day to what he's like now. And one thing they've pointed out is that he tends to say "out loud" things that you're not supposed to, that may be the REASON why you're where you are doing what you're doing, but not the reason you're supposed to let the public know. Examples:

I mean... did you watch the interview with ABC News last night? He did not look like a well man. And even if he still has the mannerisms and tone of a salesman that he always had (the saying "believe me" a million times), it gets even worse if you look at transcripts of what he's saying. They really do look like the ramblings of someone in a nursing home.

Also, he has these obsessions that he keeps circling back to. I have old relatives and they do the same. They'll call up and ask you something and you'll say "no, that was last week" or "no, because...." and they'll say oh, okay. Then the next day it's back and they're calling with the same question. Same with his crazy "illegals" talk.

Now, I know Sly is going to say "crazy like a fox!" because this takes up airtime and in the meantime, POW, the New Deal has been totally demolished. Maybe. Certainly his aides have figured out they can ride this wave to their own advantage (which is scary, because he's doing the bidding of Steve Bannon and that guy straight from central casting call for "Evil Slimebag", Jason Miller,

who keep filling his speeches with Nazi rhetoric (and Bane quotes)) but I think it's EVEN MORE WORRYING THAN THAT.

Carl Bernstein: Nervous Republican officials are questioning President Trump’s ’emotional stability’

“It is unlike anything that I have seen in 50 years of being a reporter,” said Bernstein, who first made his name by breaking stories on the Watergate scandal while working for the
Washington Post. “I am hearing from Republicans, and other reporters are as well, that there is open discussion by members of the President of the United States’ own party about his emotional maturity, stability.”

Trump drew criticism even from media confidantes such as Joe Scarborough this past weekend for his speech at the CIA in which he boasted repeatedly about his inauguration’s crowd size, while at the same time sending out Press Secretary Sean Spicer to deliver an angry news conference whose sole purpose was to defend the size of the Trump inauguration’s crowds.

Apparently, these actions have been enough to raise red flags from people within his own party about his temperament.

“People are saying his psyche is driving the news cycle,” said Bernstein. “We are in uncharted territory.”

Breaking news, sometimes people who are registered to vote die.

no. he is not. but please keep on doing you.

Trump has always been a loose cannon. His mouth is his weapon.

What concerns me about Trump is his hearing is not as good as it used to be. He does not listen to anyone anymore.

One of the first things a businessman learns is to do is listen before talking. Learn as much as you can before you make a decision. The Japanese are famous for taking forever to make a decision, and then only after many group discussions to find the best answer. Trump is a one man show.

Drumpf is not only egotistical, his interview last night shows that he is on the whole insecure to a frightening level. He's getting asked questions by David Muir, and not only is he evasive in answering any of them with actual answers, his responses make little sense. He can't accept when he is wrong. He again creates alternative facts to try and make it look like he knows What he is talking about, but its obvious he doesn't.

Remember: he is the oldest president we've ever elected, and TRUMP'S OWN (also crazy) DOCTOR brings up "pre-senile dementia" talking about Reagan, who USED to be the oldest.

I mean, do you know many 70 year olds? Let alone 70-year-olds who are incredibly out of shape and live on fast food by their own admission.

I know plenty of 70+ year olds.

My neighbor is 75 and rides his bike 40 miles a few days a week.

Trump just ran a grueling national campaign, and didn't collapse getting on planes, going up stairs, or getting into limousines.

Again, this subject is one of the most stupid threads in the history of this site.

Why did that not surprise me?

My neighbor is 75 and rides his bike 40 miles a few days a week.

So, not like Trump then. (The fact that Kellyanne Conway was not on the same floor as him was seen by aides as being a serious demotion because, as they put it, "he's not climbing the stairs.")

Trump just ran a grueling national campaign, and didn't collapse getting on planes, going up stairs, or getting into limousines.

Cleared that high bar! Newsflash: Reagan didn't topple over either.

Again, this subject is one of the most stupid threads in the history of this site.
Bigly!

A more legit question is if being so sore a loser has caused mass hysteria that is not grounded in reality.

The evidence of this is here daily in all sorts of tweets the forum has been spammed with.

I think the combination of hair spray..spray tan and those purple circles around his eyes are pretty telling....the dude just looks unhealthy..his temper tells me he lacks exercise of any kind...they say he loves junk food and TV for relaxing

How much more stupid can these threads get?

Just absurdity.
translation.....Denny clicks looking for an opportunity to use butt hurt, sore loser posts....those are so intellectually stimulating......the emotional maturity and mental health of our president is actually something that might concern americans....unless you just don't want to pay attention because the stock market is up

I am not a Trump fan, never have been.

But Trump has always been half crazy, nothing new there.

However, what is crazy is the non-stop bashing by the left. They just keep making crazy shit up to make Trump look bad. There is no doubt in my mind that they are full bore bat shit crazy. I don't believe a word they say anymore.

full bore bat shit crazy. I don't believe a word they say anymore
I wouldn't make this exclusive to the left.....Trump to me falls into that category in agreement with your first sentence...we've always known....now we have only his demonstrable words to make us wonder......I'm not bat shit crazy and I think the dude is looney tunes...a lot of people in the news and public eye are aggressively speaking out against him. That's what americans do when they don't like their leaders....Trump is no different. Bush and Cheney got bashed pretty good for a long time.....Clinton got bashed for a lover....Obama got called a Muslim....this is nothing new except that Trump isn't mature enough to brush it off and calm the climate around him....he could act like a president or even an adult....I see a spoiled brat throw tantrums....I usually say....hey, there's a spoiled brat throwing a tantrum.....I don't ask anyone to believe it..I've got my own questions
