If I project out a 1-1 record, then 41-41 is the most likely outcome. :ghoti:

It is kind of funny to read that. We're only 1-1, but seems like we're much worse. And Denver was celebrating like they'd just clinched a playoff spot.

This could be a long season...

To me it seems like we're just trying to figure out how new, returning, and improved pieces fit together and how many an old one shouldn't fit in at all any more.

I don't think we're much worse at all, to be honest, because right now we're pretty discombobulated and dysfunctional but we're still owning up to our strength of rebounding which is a good sign. Once we learn that we can't just depend on jump shots and pick and pops I'm hoping we'll reincorporate on a consistent basis the long missing pick and roll that goes to the roller for some easy points in the paint.

I agree. It just seems worse with all the "season over" stuff that's being written on here. I think we'll get it back together in Houston.

I'm beginning to wish we pulled that deal for Aldridge & co. for Amare. Aldridge is just like Outlaw. Inconsistent at the free throw line, and relies on his jumper far too much when he's capable of much more.
 
You think we're destined for mediocrity? Just think of those poor 0-2 Cleveland fans. They're on a pace to go 0-82 this year!
 
All I can say is I am so glad right now that I installed the firefox troll blocker! :) the boards look SO much nicer after a loss!

I just dont understand how you can not develop an inside game with, Oden and LMA. it boggles my mind.

That's kind of crazy considering the firepower you have. Did we even see any pick n' rolls last night with Oden or LMA

"Discombobulated". That is the perfect word to describe us right now. I trust we'll work it out sometime within the next couple of months. Remember the 1977 championship team didn't really start to click until February. By March, they were unbeatable.
