sure...I was just confining it to the most recent thing he said

this is a rinse and repeat of past performances. There are at least a couple of posters here who have a history of posting things that are pretty clearly racist and ignorant. What always follows is 3 or 4 pages of criticism by others and a defense by the poster that essentially takes the form of digging a deeper hole.
 
Passive aggression doesn't really lead to humor or good conversations...if you continue to bait the opposition you don't get to claim the victim card...just saying. It helps if civil rights demonstraters aren't considered emo deep state commie terrorists.......that's a start.

There is no going back. No one can praise Hitler and then say they don't totally mean it. No one can cite a Hitler admirer, not once but repeatedly, and say the issue has already been discussed, so it's OK to call a Hitler admirer an authority.

It would also help to avoid a lot of confusion if those same individuals would post what they really mean the FIRST time.

But yeah, Instead, we often times get 2-3 pages of back peddling by claiming, "no, that's not what I meant"...or "you're twisting my words...or "you took what I said out of context", etc., ...and of course, ultimately playing the "victim" card.

We all sometimes say things we didn't necessarily mean, be it out of ignorance, being tired or having a massive brain fart.

But when you have these issues on the regular, and with multiple people, it might be you instead of them.

And, please, don't trot out the fact that I've cited Candace Owens and others (i.e.1776 Unites; Blaxit; Woodson Center, etc.) as those who don't fall in line with the BLM movement to be misconstrued as me somehow being racist. BLM is just one of many movements out there. They certainly aren't the be all, end all on the matter. There are counters to some of their approaches.
