This is why I think starting Andre makes way more sense. They can run with Andre, Webster and Aldridge, with Oden anchoring the D and providing a post presence if they have to pull back up. Roy plays off the ball more or can iso if nothing is working. He usually starts slow anyways, and this way he can focus more on defense at the start of the game. Then when Blake comes in, we can go to Brandon and Outlaw and later Rudy can push the ball a little bit occasionally, with Blake being a trailer 3pt shooter.If Andre's not running the break, then I can see how Nate would rather have this team hold it up. But it is frustrating with the athletes we have and the finishers we have that we can't run a bit more at the right time. It gets the crowd involved, it deflates the other team and it pumps up the players.
