It's time to trade CJ

Yes, he's above-average. So, the imbalanced roster is financially frozen for the rest of his career. A 1st-round exit every year. In occasional lucky years, a 2nd-round exit.
Why do you torture yourself? You obviously dislike almost everything about the Blazers so find a hobby you enjoy. Being miserable isn't a good way to go through life.

I don't get the impression that jlprk is miserable; I think he might be enjoying himself. I hope so.

I have discovered the 2nd-smartest person on the board!

It isn't you.

Pretty salty, cracker. I never talk to you. I see your name, but nothing you say ever registers as meaningful. What's up? Learning how to spell honky?

There's a difference between your mildly pining for better forwards, vs. my he-man bellowing that our offense will go nowhere without a top shooting, dribbling SF, and that until then, Olshey is a failure. After a couple years of repeating it, this season I started quantifying height as, like, 6 foot 6, which seems to have gained some imitators finally.

What this team needs is for me to abandon all shyness and just flat-out take over this board. Homer will be my lieutenant.

This post makes me think you don't know what salty means.

Pretty hilarious.

I knew there would be a couple of dissenters from my carefully-built consensus. The pressure is now on the board brains to create hypothetical trades so that Olshey can do something. Knowing him, I suggest creating an economic emergency so he'll make a trade.

Not a board brain but I propose we trade jlprk for two more euro posters. And a future potential third.

It shouldn't be our worry. Olshey will do whatever, he is told. Personally, he is my favorite player. I still compliment him for stepping up when Dame was injured. It's ET that is our worthless player.

Huh? That's when he flopped and proved my case. He figuratively couldn't tie his shoes without Lillard playing.
Are you still getting your info from Faux and Friends?

CJ while Lillard was out this year. 22.8ppg and 4.5 apg which happens to be above his averages and that's with the defense being able to key on him and not having to worry about Lillard.

Dont mind jplrk, he is just a bot sly inseeted to argue insanely with people so sly can stay out of the frey.

He was awful. Read the game threads.

Ahh, another Monday, my favorite day. The yellow canaries are chirping outside, the warm orange rays of the Sun stream down upon my grateful face, time to find some breakfast, turn on the computer, and get the happy news----WHAT! OLSHEY DIDN'T TRADE MCCOLLUM!!!!

There's always tomorrow. I'll eat this gallon tub of sherbert to feel better. It's healthier than ice cream.

Yeah, the trade deadline was almost 2 weeks ago.

Learn the game, then post.

To give @jlprk the benefit of the doubt, I HIGHLY doubt he's a FOX watcher.

Because the game threads are accurate gauges for a players talent.

I dropped my glasses but I have to respond and assure you: the game threads are indeed acute gouges of player’s tailends.

Forum friends I had a dream last night that we let Norman Powell go and kept CJ & Ant instead. I was think yesterday about the cost to keep him and it just didn't add up, plus both CJ & Ant for the most part do what Norm does. Plus Ant seems to be coming into his own. I know we'd have to address the 3 next year but I also think ROCO can play three or maybe Little can fill in.
I'm of the opinion that the team, unless a really solid deal comes our way for CJ will not pay near 90 million for three undersized guards. Going to be an interesting off season.

Still got that bookmarked?
Yes, unfortunately you might never make it into my signature.

I can put you in it temporarily as a consolation since perhaps you are correct. But it’s not the same as us winning and proving you wrong!
