If they fought in 6x6 foot ring Tyson would have had a good chance of winning. I think he got in there and realized he didn't have enough spring in his legs to close the distance against Paul. Paul mainly kept out of his range by jabbing and back peddling.

I wanted the Rocky Balboa comeback story, but now, I hope Mike doesn't do this again.

Yeah. Mike's too old to chase somebody around like that.
 
Tyson was exhausted after 2 2-min rounds. He didn't even want to punch after that. But, hey, he lasted the full rounds, and was never knocked down - though I don't think Paul was trying to do that. Also, congrats to Tyson for getting that Mo Money!
 
it was basically an exhibition fight with a ton of marketing.
usually JP fights totally washed MMA guys, so at least Tyson was a boxer, but he's 58.
biggest thing i noticed was the lack of legs on Tyson, he had next to no movement.
OG tyson, would bob/weave and get in fast, 45degree pivot, hook the body etc
all that was gone. as you would expect at 58.

all up it was kind of sad to watch, but I'm glad that Tyson getting KO'd is the last image i have of him in the ring.
he wont be back.
 
Tyson looked gassed just walking that long ass road to the ring...Paul took a car to the ring. Tyson had no legs after 4 minutes. He needed to knock the kid out in the first round to win this fight.Serrano beat Taylor and got ripped off ...Taylor head butted her at least 4 times in that match. That was a poorly judged contest. Ref should be suspended for allowing that fight to go the distance

Pretty sure the rules were that if he knocked Paul out in the first round or two he didn't get any money...
 


This is one of those situations when you lost but still won. I’m grateful for last night. No regrets to get in ring one last time.

I almost died in June. Had 8 blood transfusions. Lost half my blood and 25lbs in hospital and had to fight to get healthy to fight so I won.

To have my children see me stand toe to toe and finish 8 rounds with a talented fighter half my age in front of a packed Dallas Cowboy stadium is an experience that no man has the right to ask for.

I feel like no one won but his bank account. It was a lame ass 2 years of marketing something that turned out to be a massive failure. But still love ya Mike.

That exhibition was hardly a failure.
Much money $$$ was made by many.

Apparently, Paul wants to fight Connor McGregor next. McGregor told him to fuck off and go fight Mitch McConnell.
 
Surprised he isn't trying to fight Muhammad Ali's corpse so he can claim he is the greatest..
