He just isn't as quick as he was earlier in the season. He doesn't have that burst of speed that gets him through holes. He can't seem to turn the corner on sweeps. It's obvious that he's banged up. Luckily he'll have roughly a month to heal for whatever bowl game we end up in..... :devilwink:
 
Yup. James is definitely not the same. The offense runs better when Barner is back there since he has his quickness and speed. The rest will do LaMichael some good.
 
I really think we'll see James at his best by the time the NC game comes around.
 
Yeah. If not, I have full confidence in Barner. Even now I think he's one of the most underrated Ducks on the team.
 
I'm also so proud of him after his hit at Washington State. You could tell he was a little nervous getting hit the first game or two back, but now he looks to be in pristine form again.
