I think young coaches need an ex head coach, and granted I would take an ex head coach who was once a fantastic defensive assistant coach like Thibs, but at the same time something can be said about hiring hungry assistant coaches who are willing to work their asses off to become head coaches. It seems like Terry has assistants who are desired by others. So it seems to be working.

I guess its working but I would like to see someone on there who had the status to question Stotts decisions sometimes.
