I'm seeing Slipknot, Trivium and Coheed and Cambria. I'm pumped. I've wanted to see Slipknot for...8 years now. What makes it better is two things. First and foremost, Trivium is one of the openers, and they're one of my current favorite bands and they also put on a kick ass show. And number two is the location. It's going to be in Des Moines, which just happens to be where Slipknot is from, so you know they've got that date circled and will definitely be putting on a hell of a show for the hometown crowd.

A Slipknot show is a fun time. The extra drmmers dont drum that much...more just go crazy.

The whole thing I think is sic...

Wow...AMAZING show last night. Trivium rocked again...crowd got in to them quite a bit...Coheed SUCKED though. I thought they were going to get booed off last night. They had zero interaction with the crowd, the crowd mostly stood around and did nothing while they played...and just yea...Coheed was boring as hell. Slipknot was incredible. Put on a damn good set. From what I can remember they played:

Psychosocial
Dead Memories
Wait And Bleed
Spit It Out
Surfacing
Left Behind
People = Shit
Disasterpiece
Duality
The Heretic Anthem
Everything Ends
Me Inside
The Blister Exists
Before I Forget

That's what I can remember...I know there was a few others off of their self titled that I'm forgetting...but all in all...amazing set by them last night...amazing show by them last night...all in all...an awesome night. Too bad my neck hurts like hell this morning because of it...

Gotta love a sore neck and ringing ears....signs of a good show

I was thinking about getting tickets for the S.O.L.A. tour (its coming to my area mid-March). I heard Vince Neil wasn't any good live though.

They're coming to my area too, though I don't know if I wanna shell out the cash to see the Crue disappoint the crap outta me.

Next show I might be going to is Mudvayne/Nonpoint/In This Moment on 2/3.

man has mudvayne fallen off, their newest album fuckin blows

Eh...Mudvayne's new disc wasn't too bad, though to me, their shining moment as a band was The End Of All Things To Come. The album was amazing and they have yet to be able to top it or really even come close to it.

LD 50 is classic, the second one was good, Lost and Found was nice to listen to but overall wasn't great.
