Jason Quick On Talkin' Ball Tonight

Opinions are like assholes, and the guys on talking ball are acting like opinions.

Were 9-4, went 4-1 on our first road trip of the season, and nearly won in overtime against the current best team in the league in their place. Yet, Quick and Jaynes are talking endless shit about the way Miller is running the team in his first 13 games as a Blazers.

Those guys are second rate journalists and small market hacks. Sometimes I'm seriously not sure if Quick knows the game of basketball very well.

Let's not forget that it was Quick who had a huge mancrush on Damon Stoudamire. That alone is damning imo.

Let's see what he thinks. :)

He's talking Blazer confusion...................

He's talking out of his ass! Quick sucks... plain and simple.
That show isnt very entertaining, not sure why anyone would watch it.

Yeah, I do not like Brandon playing SF. But Martell isn't exactly instilling confidence that he should earn the SF spot... I want Webster to succeed, but he is really stinking it up with his wide-open looks.

Webster has always been worse off the bench than as a starter... there were a few horrible games a couple seasons ago when we tried starting Outlaw and benching Webby, and both of them simultaneously sucked. It's kind of like how Batum started at first only because Outlaw bites as a starter (funny how Roy knew his best friend's limitation then and didn't hesitate to endorse Batum... so much for Roy coddling "his guys").

I'd let Webster or Rudy start a couple of games in place of Blake. If it's Webster, Roy can be an SG again. If it's Rudy, then Roy's still the starting SF, but you have a more potent offensive threat than Blake at his side, and there won't be confusion in plays where Andre's acting out the SG part and getting stuck with jumpshots Roy or Rudy should take with time winding down.
