I actually have those exact those. They are just called Nike Dunk Highs. I love Nike SB's and so I bought them. You should be able to find them at a Foot Locker or whatever. They aren't hard to find.

Yeah those are dunks...There are Nikes called Air Prestige which look similar to the dunks as well.
