Al Iannazzone reports that while Jefferson played well against the Knicks on Friday, the ankle hurt his performance the two previous games. A decision is expected this weekend. RJ would the fifth Net to undergo surgery this season, joining Josh Boone, Eddie House, Cliff Robinson and Nenad Krstic.</div>
