I only posted a stat. However, Blake shot better, rebounded better, and averaged more assists than Miller did this year, and he had more assists playing a much slower paced team in Houston.

If Blake was bad in the playoffs last year, then the stats say that Miller was just as bad, or even worse outside of Game 1, than Blake was last year. Plus, Blake put up those stats with literally half the usage % of Miller (12.6 for Blake/25.2 for Miller). Feel free to offer a counter argument outside of telling me to ban myself. ;)

1) Miller forced the Suns to put their best defender on him after game 1, with the game plan to only focus on slowing Miller down.
2) Blake had Brooks guarding him, and not needing to pay much attention to him.

So, getting back on topic...

Miller continued to play as if he had an advantage, though. he didn't, and he hurt the team because he couldn't get past Hill's length, and he couldn't shoot over him because he can't shoot.

Miller was very good in the regular season. He stunk in the playoffs. Hopefully he rebounds next year.

Hurt the team compared to what? Having Blake instead of Miller? Having neither of them? What?

Miller was incredible for us this year. Blake was terrible. End of story. Don't bring up 6 games of playoff statistics to try and downplay Millers importance to this teams success this year. Without Miller we don't win 50 games....not even close. Dumbass.

Poopyhead!

'Dre was subpar in the playoffs and awful after game one. He did very well in the regular season. Whoopedy doo. That didn't mean shit once the playoffs started, and he still can't guard anybody.

He hurt the team after Game 1 by playing like shit. Unless he is absolved of any criticism, and only Aldridge gets to be hammered for failing to play well? Of course, LA still had a 17.6 PER, but he's still to blame. Maybe if Miller hadn't played like shit we'd have forced a Game 7.

Wrong thread! Jerome Randle Jerome Randle Jerome Randle!

Seriously guys, if you want to argue Blake/Miller, make a new thread.

You're not answering the question.

Simple logic. If Blake hurt the team last year in the playoffs, then Miller hurt the team this year. I only offered stats. I made no other analysis other than their similar statsshould mean similar criticisms. You're asking a question that has nothing to do with my post.

From SLAM magazine:

SLAM: You won Pac-10 Player of the Year, All-Pac-10 Team a couple times. Led the conference in several categories, all-time scoring leader school history at Cal. Do you feel you were slept on and flew under the radar a little bit?

JR: People still sleeping on me. The whole Pac-10 POY, 1st Team, it means nothing at this point. All everybody did is just downplay it. I still have to continue to prove myself to get to the next level. The only thing I hear is, He’s too little, he can’t do this, he can’t do that. I’ve heard that my whole life, and yet, I don’t let it bother me. I just keep pushing because I know, it’s something that I can’t control. All I can do is continue to be the best player Jerome Randle can be. I’m happy about winning Pac-10 POY, but it’s almost like it’s unseen, its unnoticeable. All that that was said was that the conference was weak

he will get torn up by nba pgs..but his shooting ability would fit next to roy

My friend went to Cal and she said a lot of people there call him a young Terrell Brandon.

I like how this was overlooked.....when was the last time a chick was a reliable source for stuff surrounding the NBA Draft?
