Last night, I'm waiting for a bus on campus, while the pigs kept some college girl standing in handcuffs next to the campus police car, blinkers flashing, in front of her dormitory. The city police car finally rolls up and it's still going over a half-hour later when my bus comes.

Part of the police state show is to make an example of someone by prolonging the arrest in front of a couple thousand students.
