Haha, I don't have a job. I'm 14.</div>

But I'll problably go to work in summer.

Im a busboy abd the job is pretty easy but when it gets busy that is when it sucks, you are practically sprinting doing your job. But I get payed well I get $6.90 plus tips which averages to like $3.50 an hour so I get roughly $10.40 an hour.

I was gonna work at Modell's but those bastards wouldn't hire me. They were talking about we want some more experience. What kind of experience do you need moving boxes?

Lol maybe you had the wrong technique?

I work at Pizza Hut...6.50 an hour. Makes my nails gross but I have money to support my expensive taste

Is anyone embarassed by their job? Like last night I hooked up with this chick and she asked me what I did, and I told her I was an apprentice Chef, LOL.

I'm a full-time mac.

Steve and Barry's > j00... I bought so much MSU **** from back in HS for like $5 bucks a piece... amazing bargains for someone who wears team gear to games n' ****...

Yep.

In advance, sorry for the bump. I never saw this thread...

That's pretty huge, especially at Starbucks. I get my Sumatra for $7.99 and that isn't even a pound.

I work at Fred Meyer. Push carts, help customers out to their cars, etc. Far from glamorous, but it's right across the street from my high school and I could walk there from my house if I needed to.

I just quit Sprint. Put in my resume at the T-Mobile call center though. It looks good.

You really like working with phones, dont you.

It's good money and it's very, very easy.

i use to work with phones for about 2 years with nextel and then cingular.. it was amazing money and yes very very very easy. if anybody is thinking about a career in this field i advise u not to go in this direction...the money has already been made and the market is devoured.

Yeah, it's a huge market and there is a lot of competition. I work in the south's largest mall (or so they tell us), and there's a cell phone store/kiosk at every turn. It's good money for right now, but to have it long term and support a family or even yourself on it for years on end is dumb. There are better jobs with a whole lot more opportunity out there, so yeah I agree with that.

Starbucks treats their employees great. I get free drinks a half hour before, all throughout, and a half hour after my shift. I get a 30% discount, and a free pound of coffee every week. During the holidays and such, the discount goes up to 40%.

After a year with the company, benefits kick in and they'll even pay a good portion of school.

But then again, you gotta think...you're working for Satan...err, Starbucks.
