As a Blazer fan, I am so much happier with the direction and state of the team then when Joe arrived. In direct contrast to his predecessor, I've applauded most of his personell moves. If Dundon chooses to go another direction, I'm sure Joe will have zero problem securing another prime front office job.

Blazers could raise money for some pet cause by offering tours of the apartment. People always curious to see how the other 0.001% live.

They would have to take the mirrors down from the ceiling first. Family image and all.

He will simply eat the smaller candidates for their protein content.

I've seen the apartment. It's kinda cool, but nothing really all that special. It's pretty outdated, hasn't been updated since the Moda Center was built. The coolest part about it is a sunken/tiered half circle of seating with a window that looks down into the arena. But it's so high up, you can't really see good. It has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a wet bar. When I saw it there was a big desk in the main room with a computer and multiple monitors. But that might be gone now that Paul isn't around. There is also a small outside balcony.

Yeah, I'm not sure why so many people are down on Joe's time as GM.
He's not perfect, but let's be honest, outside of someone who is a Pat Riley level GM (and even he's made mistakes and Miami's attraction is as much 0 taxes as anything), there aren't many people who would be able to make the (made up) trades fans come up with.

Neil had crapped the bed, and people got mad that Joe got rid of the bed and started building a new one.

I think Joe was left behind with a bad hand, and has done a damn good job turning this roster around.
The books were not good, especially given the (realistic) level of the team going forward. They were in for a much worse crash had they stayed the course

Popping a cold one with Joe, talking ball, and getting his true perspective would be a real treat.

I likely wouldn't sit next to NO if it was a free seat.
