Jon Diebler, wasn't this guy drafted by us?

Where is he? Will he join the team sometime in the future?

He's in Europe somewhere IIRC ... as for him joining the varsity? I don't think there's any plan; they just want to see if he can compete in a JV pro league first.

Probably the rout the management should have went with Babbitt.

15? You're looking @ Per 40min stats. But the guy is a shooter. Not sure if he can stick in the NBA with only 1 main skill, but he's pretty good at it. 50% from deep his senior year at OSU.

Euro 3PT line is closer isn't it?

Same as Babbitt, only worse.

I like Diebler. Not as much as the ones in here that will no doubt claim he is the second coming of Rick Barry though

I never understood the Diebler pick--he wasn't even the BPA from his own team when we took him, IMO.

I would have probably taken a flyer on Isaiah Thomas, but at that point, whatever

he ends the video shooting 65 out of 68... 96%

10 out of 10 vs penn state

Jesus. Talk about thread necromancy -- sort of like raising a hamster from the dead.

lol we already traded him. Houston has his rights. We got Sasha in return.

If Jon Diebler is the question, I don't want to know the answer.

If there are two things that can keep you floating around the league, they're size and shooting. Diebler has good height and great shooting. I don't see why he couldn't surface as a role player down the line.

I'm a fanatic of Big 10 basketball, so I've seen a lot of Diebler, and while he was mostly a complimentary player at Ohio St., I remember thinking that he could carve out that same complimentary niche for himself on the next level. Despite the deficiencies in other areas, every team has found themselves in a situation where they just need some guys on the court that can shoot the long ball.

For your 3rd post ever on this board, you reopened a thread dead for 10 months to announce to the world, "I think he's in Greece."

How can I express my flabbergastion in mere words?
