Exactly how much does a mod get paid?
Do they get paid by the post or thread? Do they get more if they delete a few posts? How about banning posters? Is there some kind of bounty on certain posters? Do they get paid in bit coin or some kind of crypto currency? Can they choose their own hours? Is there some kind of “Mod” school you have to attend before you can actually be a mod?
