Jose Calderon

Does anyone know why he is not playing tonight against the Lakers? He hasn't been in the game, and I can find no injury report on him (also he was listed as the starting PG for tonights game). Im not implying anything by this but I just found it interesting and was wondering if anyone knew the answer. Advanced thanks

TORONTO (AP)—Toronto point guard Jose Calderon missed the Raptors’ game Wednesday night against the Los Angeles Lakers because of a sore right hamstring, the same injury that sidelined him for 10 games in January and two in November.

Calderon is averaging 13.0 points and is fourth in the NBA with 8.6 assists in 38 games. He signed a five-year contract extension with Toronto in July.

Might be his hamstring, not sure though.

He's been battling this hamstring injury ever since the Olympics. He had come back recently, but there had been signs that he wasn't fully healthy yet. The same was true of JO a while back.
