He's not better.  He can't even hit the goddamn rim.
I have never seen an NBA player this bad. Statistically, there has never been anyone even close to his level. (Except one - Ben Wallace. If Josh can start playing defense like vintage Ben Wallace, maybe it'll turn out OK after all.)
If he keeps going like this (and I see no indication that he won't), he can't continue to play. It's just too detrimental to have him on the court.
Right now I consider this the same as a potentially career threatening injury or illness - because it is career threatening.
This is a sad situation and it will be a real shame if he can't turn it around.
