Not too bad I just think the font especially the subtext is too small.

Everything but the text is amazing--you really worked the pic/bg very well, nice job with that. Just fix that text and it will be awesome. Make it a little bigger so that it is readable, and maybe make it all one universal color, like white, red, or blue.

Yea, you tried to keep the text simple and thats good. But it needs to be different. Try something else with it.
