No entitlement. ..dont care about you stats in the minors. You have to earn it when your called up.
Hopefully this is not a "AAAA" (using a baseball term) player.

While I absolutely agree with Av's stance on earning your keep at the top level. They have been toying with the kid all season long instead of just letting him play top minutes in the minors and working on rounding out his game/ working on defense. Dont we have garbage players we can call up and send down with no hesitation, must they disrupt his progression like they were with Krieder.

My take is they are willing to having growing pains up on the big club but if he is not pushing himself in practice they wont put up with it.

Until they move out some of the dead weight there is no room for them anyway. Don't like the comment about needing more commitment which sounds like a bad attitude and never a good thing with a young player if true

Now obviously I'm only going on games I've seen him play, because I've never seen any practices; but going on the games I've watched, he's looked pretty committed. Don't play with his head, because that is the surest way to lose a good player. I'm a firm believer that if you want a player to be committed to the team, then you have to commit to the player.

I agree jam, can't speak for practices and what the kid does there but all the games I watched him in the kid is playing hard

It's just more Ranger coaching unable to put the right guys on the ice. I'd take Miller over Boyle EVERY time. I'd take Miller over Dorsett.
