HAPP 8-5 4.55ERA VS GREENE 2-1 2.79ERA

And no Roberts today....

Gardner
Jeter
Ellsbury
Beltran
McCann
Headley
Cervelli
Wheeler
Ryan

I'm glad he got away with only giving up 1 run.

When is Cashman's power going to get this kid some hits and runs. Ichiro polishing the splinters.

Don't want to read anything into but Tulo is actually in the stands today watching the game.

Back to back jacks from Headley & Cervelli & we're tied 2-2

Mccann with a big two out hit makes it 3-3. Need to win this one.

And hit #3417 from Jeter. Now 2 behind Yaz & 3 behind Wagner.

Maybe they can put a uni on him, do some make up on his face, and let him play 3rd, or 2nd....don't let him escape either....!

If Gardner would have run instead of just standing on 1st, Jeter wouldn't have to sacrifice.

Brutal bullpen performance...big game you can't get beat by dioner navarro and consider yourself an elite reliever

This is going to be an absolute shit loss.

Oh that f'king hurt. Now down 5-4 as we go to the bottom of the 9th. Can we do it again?

Its up to Headley, Cervelli & Wheeler.

Okay, now its up to Cervelli & Wheeler.

Ichiro on deck to pinch hit for Wheeler.

Okay Ichiro 2 outs nobody on, it looks like its up to you.

0-1

1-1

1-2

Short fly ball to left, Cabreara makes the catch.

The Yankees lose...The Yankees lose...THHEEEEEEE Yankees f'king lose.

Pathetic loss, good team takes that one. Toronto was handed those two wins, so bad that the payroll is this large and so devoid of talent considering the dollars they're putting in. Shameful that cashman is going to get through another trade deadline, steinbrenners are proving to be morons

There's no escaping the fact that's a terrible series loss. At home no less.

Amen, sale the Team to Jeter, or make him a majority owner, tho' I know those greedy bastages will never let anyone gain a majority of their Team, Daddy Built and gave to them.

why is it when Kid's don't work for something and always get shit handed to them, they never seem to respect it, or take it for granted, not doing shit with it (the team) either. Dad is rolling in his grave, hitting his head, let me out, those effing kids.....! I can hear it now...!

If Cashman doesn't get something done this year, I say FIRE his lame ass....!!!

I love the idea of Jeter being the owner... Or sharing ownership with Donnie Baseball assuming he'd walk away from managing....

As much as Jeter hates losing (much like the boss) you could bet your ass that he's do everything he could to put a winning product on the field every year. He could make Paul O'Neill the hitting coach. Rivera the pitching coach. & Mattingly the manager. Works for me.

Dumb Cashman it come back to haunt him. The brothers do not have a clue as Daddy handed them the silver spoon

As much as it sucked I wasn't so much annoyed at yesterday's loss as today's. Friggin Navaro of all people.

...yup, another ex-Yankee that comes back to bite them in the arse.

...that throwing error by Betances really did them in.

...yeah, and I recall you pining for Navaro all this time, when we both know that it is Ichiro that is killing this team.

Yeah after those back to back jacks that tied up the game, I said "This is ours". A really tough loss. Especially after starting the home stand 7-1. To lose the last 2 just sucked. Now its off to Texas.

Sucks even more with Baltimore defeating Seattle in extras. I think what it boils down to is that as it stand right now Baltimore and Toronto have steady hitters in their lineup with pop and the Yankees don't. Bautista of Toronto and Cruz in Baltimore alone consistently outdo anything a current Yankee batter can produce.
