If Stotts put Meyers Leonard on the court. Portland wouldn't have gave up 20 offensive boards in a quarter.... Maybe because Denver makes more shots... But still.

Just like when you told me you miss the old OB. I got it and im working on it. I didnt bitch about you saying that. I understood you were pointing something out for the better. Im doing the same.

In MY opinion, in THIS instance, I do not think they are the same. For the same reason, one mans trash can be another mans treasure, they are not the same.

My point is, again, that Steph is the most Valuable PLayer because you can put him on any team and he will raise them 20 wins a season or so. But he cant win it all without Green next to him. Green will NOT raise ANY team to 20 wins, but next to a Curry, he makes them champs, thus making him the most important pc.

Hopefully that makes more sense. Im saying Curry is most valuable, because he will be a success anywhere. Green is the most important because he allows Curry to optimize his success like no other can.

How about Nurk is the most impactful player on Dame's success besides Dame?

I always thought February was a conservative timeline for Nurk. If he shows he’s good to go once he’s back Whiteside and Bazemore should both be used to acquire a significant future piece. But I wouldn’t mind Whiteside as a backup either tbh.

Based on their play I don't think their value is all that high, and expiring contracts are a crapshoot to get a significant piece.
