Like KCX said - it has tons of potential. Personally, I don't like the bars coming diagonally - but thats fine cause you were being creative which is always good. Other than that I like everything else - the BG is nice and smooth, lighting is good, and the render effects are solid.

I really like the simplistic look, but I do think it is just a touch too dark, especially around Kanye.
