idk I remember seeing a post somewhere that someone said use the pentool (match colors of course) and use that to draw over areas of a picture that are that color.that way you end up w/ a sig like this

then there is my new style (a seeso style one) like my kanye and this

then more abstract ones like these

Where can you find a tut on making pictures look cartoony like urs because I wanna learn how to do them
