Katrina response may have been Obama's fault according to Louisiana conservatives

The latest survey from Democratic-leaning Public Policy Polling, provided exclusively to TPM, showed an eye-popping divide among Republicans in the Bayou State when it comes to accountability for the government's post-Katrina blunders.

Turnabout for Dems still blaming Bush for today's failures, I suppose.

I blame Blanco and Nagin primarily, as should most people, for the initial response to Katrina, and their failures to authorize the national guard when the feds requested (Blanco) and to ignore local evacuation policies using buses (Nagin). Bush had his own failures on it too, for sure.

Everything is Obama's fault tho.

Blanco deserves almost all the blame.

Um, no? The stuff that happens now (Under Obama) will be have an impact (negative or positive) on the economy for a lot longer than just now. That's why choices Bush (and previous Presidents/lawmakers) made DO have an impact.

Trying to act like the two are similar in ANY way shape or form, is being ignorant.
