I get that republicans are upset that this wasn't brought up earlier and was a last minute suprise by the dems. That doesn't change the fact that it happened and it is not a valid reason to excuse it. ...you said you had listened to her testimony which included her fingering Kavanaugh...and your very first post was that she was "believable". Now you're trying to pick and choose after the fact just to suit your narrative?...that's laughable...but for you, it's completely "believable".

Judge is not a corroborating witness.

She says he was in the room and he has not been questioned under oath. And the fact he's been in hiding at a family friend's home doesn't make me believe his written statement saying he doesn't have anything to add.

She is believable, but not reliable. She struggles to get simple, basic current (i.e. non-trauma) details out correctly.

And just what is the FBI going to investigate? All she can provide is an unsubstantiated claim that is 35 years old. No idea where it happened, can only remember a few people that can not provide any more proof. What do they do? Not like there is any prints, pictures etc that can be referenced

Her memory and ability to get specifics from the past 2 months is shaky and unreliable. That is outside the time of the trauma.

That is obvious. There is nothing that can be proven one way or the other. Even if there was credible proof, how do you prosecute a thirty five year old case?
