I do believe that Toronto will be making Siakam available this off season for pieces like what I think the Knicks might make available to acquire CJ. I think the fact that Siakam is a tall, athletic, two way player makes him a great second option for Dame. If we had to throw in future draft picks to supplement what the Knicks offer, I'd do that. So to recap I think we could get Siakam for CJ and possibly future draft picks.
Dame, a re-signed Norm, RoCo, Siakam, Nurk, DJ, Ant, Nas and cross your fingers that Zach can play and a MLE PG. That's a roster that could be very problematic for any team it faces.
Edit: When coached by someone (I would say "other than Stotts" but that would insinuate that Stotts coaches).
This guy still want to keep CJ lol. We can’t run the three guard lineup forever. The fact that the nuggets have been exposing us without Jamal Murray and Barton is embarrassing. We need to put Powell back at Sg where he play best and get a forward that’s on Cj level. Overall that will boost the teamNone of them.
Next.
You either didn't understand what I was saying could happen or you just didn't read it. Siakam is two and a half years younger than CJ and I think both of them are too old for the kind of youth movement it looks like Toronto is about to make (I could be wrong about that being their plan). If they are going that way the Knicks have a ton of draft picks and young guys like Toppin who happens to play the same position as the Knicks best player and neither guy is big enough to play the 5 and neither is quick enough to play the 3. So what I said was CJ would be a good fit for the Knicks, they could trade the kind of picks and young players the Raptors want and we would make up any difference in future picks to get Siakam. Why would Toronto ever give up on Skiam so early? He’s young. Then on top of that for a 30 year old Cj McCollum? Come on man

That's plausible, but it'd be reliant on the Knicks striking out in free agency and that could mean it's do or die near the end of the off-season. The only way they'd make that work is absorbing C.J. with cap space and they may want to save it for better targets. You either didn't understand what I was saying could happen or you just didn't read it. So a three way trade: CJ to the Knicks, Siakam to us and picks and young players to Toronto.
The Nuggets aren't exposing us because Norman Powell's head is only 75 inches away from the floor. Standing reach is more relevant and Powell's is 8'7 and he's playing the 3. Meanwhile, Gordon is playing the 4 and his standing reach is 8'9...This guy still want to keep CJ lol. We can’t run the three guard lineup forever. Should probably just stick this in your sig so you don't have to keep reminding people....The Nuggets aren't exposing us because Norman Powell's head is only 75 inches away from the floor. Yes, I agree that Siakam should be our target. Will Toronto decide to rebuild on the fly? Also think New Orleans would be a good third team.I do believe that Toronto will be making Siakam available this off season for pieces like what I think the Knicks might make available to acquire CJ. I still say we trade Nurkic,
CJ and DJJ to Minny for Towns and Rubio
Danny Ainge might be a refreshing changeIf you want to get excited about something, look forward to a day when we have a very good GM. We aren't an all star or even superstar away. Eleven active spots need upgrading
We don't need to bring in a superstar, we already have one.
We need more defense, switch out CJ with a 3+D defender, Kanter with a more mobile big, and Melo with a two way limited minute bench player and we are right there. That's three horrible defenders gone, two guys who can be inefficient while dominating the offense, and one who can be played off the floor.
Dame is a superstar, Nurk Powell RoCo provide great contributions on both ends. We get a full rotation of players contributing, good coaching and we could easily be a legit contender.
