Smith's shot selection is definitely sketchy. I think Cronin is at this game in Tampa right now too.

Ugh I don’t wanna have anything to do with Grant. Dudes reputation is blown out of proportion by a nice year he had playing for a contract while in Denver.
College is always ugly when your best players are bigs, and the guards decide to control the offense. Well, I could have just stopped at college is always ugly, but...auburn looks like absolute trash.
this guy Green jr is chucking his way to lead a comeback now.The Auburn guards often seem to forget that Smith and Kessler are on the team.

Keegan Murray having another great game.
26 and 7 with just under 3 min to go.
Spurs move up in the standings and the Blazers are now at 7th from the bottom. Only one more win (25) than 6th from the bottom Sacramento.Spurs won!!
We are still 2 1/2 game behind the kings. They have 4 extra losses on us. And like what the kings always do, they tank. They do play against the pacers, magic, and rockets twice so there’s still hopeSpurs move up in the standings and the Blazers are now at 7th from the bottom. Rough for sure. I think he’s one of those guys that will do better in the nba since he lives in the mid range. With additional space in the nba, he will have more room to operate. I like him a lot since he remind me of RoyJohnny Davis had possibly the worst game I've seen from him since I started paying attn

Not bad. I think their value could be similar.is kuzma a good comp for keegan murray?
i can't put my finger on it, but he seems like he has no pop. very ho hum.Not bad. I think their value could be similar.
Kuzma was quicker and more fluid athletically plus a better passer coming out. Keegan plays a more refined, safe game. Stronger, plays more off two feet where he is a quicker and more explosive leaper than Kuz which should make him a more effective finisher and weakside rim protector.
Keegan is fine to me. I think he'll stick. Just not excited about him top 10.

Has there been any precedence for a guy like Sharpe? Diallo and Simons are sorta comps but both went later in the draft. There's been guys like Kyrie or Porter jr who were injured in college but still played a few games. Sharpe hasn't played at all but still universally projected top 8.
If we don't get up into the top 3 (or in my opinion the top 2 for Jabari or Paolo but I don't know how our GM's draft board or anyone else's looks) we have to get the best player possible who is already established in the league with those picks. I mean Murray and Duren would be great for the future of the team but if we're going all in on Dame as the current interim GM has said we are then we don't keep those picks. That's unless we think miraculously at those spots we're going to get two win now guys that push this team into contention. If we don't get up into the top 3, Duren with our first pick and Murray with our 2nd would not be a bad result.
I agree and thats probably a safer play for Cronin keeping his job. If they plan on going young and moving Dame then a new GM could be a possibility if the mother ship thinks Cronin isn't the guy. Then I would expect a hire before draft takes place. If we don't get up into the top 3 (or in my opinion the top 2 for Jabari or Paolo but I don't know how our GM's draft board or anyone else's looks) we have to get the best player possible who is already established in the league with those picks. That's the way I could see us losing Dame, if the Vulcans are just open to whatever GM is the best at selling them on the GM candidates vision for this roster then anything is possible. If the Vulcans want a GM to come in with an idea of how to best win a championship with Dame in the most cost effective way, then I don't see us keeping the picks unless the top one nets a guy the new GM sees as putting us over the top next season, whoever that prospect might be. The Vulcans could already be so detached that they're already going to give Joe the job... in which case we know he's said he wants to build around Dame but who the fuck knows with this guy maybe another GM offers him some magic beans for Dame and he goes for it.I agree and thats probably a safer play for Cronin keeping his job.
