Afeni immersed his ashes in LA I believe (not completely sure where, but I know Afeni had them in her posession). There is no way in hell the Outlawz would be able to smoke Pac's ashes with Afeni still alive. BTW, sorry to veer off, but I hate the Outlawz. The only ones I respected were Kadafi (dead now) and Fatal (I think he got kicked out)...the rest of them can't rap for **** and continue to wreck every Pac song they show up on.

In regards to this story, when I first read it I was just like WTF but I'm guessing he said it in a satirical manner, but the papers obviously played it another way.

I dont think its all that bad really, maybe he wanted to keep apart of his father with him for the rest of his life. Strange method definatley, but I dont think its that outrageous.
