My guess is the team will invite a couple of guys to training camp and if one of them stands out they’ll get the other two way. That’s what happened last season at least. Dunno how a guy is gonna make an impression this year.
 
I'm just glad its a two-way. Seems like in years past a guy like that would come in and get one of the 15 roster spots.

Failed CEOs get more than that in severance pay though...that's the real crime...get paid to fail...this kid hasn't failed yet..he might but then again....we'll find out
 
The kid has a history with the team regardless of who his cousin is. Sure that probably had something to do with it but he also played summer league, training camp as a rookie and I think was one of the last cuts? Hope he does well.
 
You know, Shaq Harrison is still eligible for a two way. Just sayin

Why have someone who creates havoc and might actually be able to contribute when we can have a guy who was a fringe G-leaguer?
 
It's crap signing I really don't care if he is Dame cousin. You sign 2 way maybe in the future he can land a roster spot.

The signing isn’t for you or for basketball directly. It makes Dame happy, let’s him know in a tangible way the Blazers have his (and his family’s)back. Loyalty begets loyalty. Are you pleased Dame isn’t demanding a trade? Let’s keep it that way. A two-way is a small price to pay. Consider it part of dames contract.

I don't really care it's for me but olshey supposed to be there making sound basketball decision. But know one really knows why olshey sign him. I believe if they sign or not Dame cousin I believe Dame going to play the same way and continue to loyal to this franchise.
